" Nous y avons passé deux journées très agréables dans la Camera Diana: tout était parfait!Le B&B Portico Rosso de Lucia est le lieu idéal pour se reposer et pour découvrir à pied la magnifique ville de Vicenza. Dès notre arrivée, Lucia nous a fourni de précieuses informations sur la ville et les alentours, les monuments et musées ainsi que des adresses de restaurants et l'adresse du meilleur glacier du monde (goûtez la glace au yaourt, vous verrez bien! ).Elle a mis à notre disposition une carte de stationnement de riverain ce qui était bien évidemment très pratique.Nous avons aussi pu bénéficier de son joli jardin fleuri où nous avons pris le petit déjeuner dans un petit coin charmant et ombrageux. Parlons du petit-déjeuner: il est copieux, varié, succulent et tout est fait maison. Une mention spéciale pour le jus de fruit frais et les croissants.Lucia est une merveilleuse hôte, une belle personne. Nous avons très apprécié nos échanges et espérons y revenir un jour.

"Superb! I will definitely be back !I had the best time at Lucia’s place! Everything was even better than expected and Lucia is very caring and always ready to help if needed. The special attentions in the room/house make all the difference too. The breakfast was incredible, homemade and I could not have asked for better products. The bed was especially comfortable. "Charming host and historic home with modern amenities.How lucky we were to stay at Portico Rosso. Lucia, the host is welcoming, helpful and served a daily delicious breakfast. The B& B, a 600 year old home is charming with comfortable modern amenities. Our room and bath were lovely, clean and bright and there is a beautiful quiet garden. We could walk to the train station, the buildings and churches designed by architect Andrea Palladio, and the restaurants and shops. We look forward to returning to this beautiful home and welcoming host."

"Bellissima scoperta! Una coccola! Non saprei come altro definire il mio soggiorno presso questa struttura…bellissima la casa, Lucia eccellente come host…gentilissima e disponibile! "Hidden gem in Vicenza....This small B & B is really beautifully appointed & comfortable and on a quiet street a short walking distance to the Centro Storico.
Lucia, the owner is a charming, welcoming hostess in her impeccable home. Breakfast was prepared in the beautiful dining room at the time one chose and the freshly baked croissants were yummy as was the freshly made fruit juice & cappuccino to order.
Unfortunately due to the weather we did not get to enjoy the lovely garden.
Vicenza is a good location from which to visit Venice 45 minutes by train rather than pay the high prices of Venice. Other towns are also close by ... like Padua.
If you are there on a Thursday, the outdoor market of foods, clothing etc stretches over many streets & is quite enjoyable."
